Are You Living Your Purpose

If you could create anything in the world you want what would it be? What does success mean to you?

You can't apply the Law of Attraction to achieve the results you want until you have a vision for what you want. What does success mean to you? What makes you feel successful and passionate in your life? The abundance and success that you are craving is held in the feelings that come from being successful. Combine the feelings of success doing something you feel passionate about and you find your purpose.

At different times in my life success has had different meanings and my passion has also shifted over the years. When my children were young I was passionate about feeding them healthy foods and made everything from scratch. I also studied holistic health, herbs, and healing and applied it in our family life. Later it became a passion to share my knowledge of healing and health with others and I opened a state approved school of holistic health for eleven years. Then my passion shifted when we sold the school and moved to Arizona. Healing, teaching, and health have been my passion for several years and the feeling of success is seeing others shift their habits from negative out grown habits to habits that support inner peace.

In order to get in touch with your purpose and passion and what success feels like to you. Set aside time to be alone and undisturbed by phones or distractions. Light a green candle and hold the intention to align with your purpose and passion. Then focus on the exercise below.

1. Determine what Success means to you. Once you determine what success means and the feelings that it holds for you; you can build your action plan.

2. Begin to visualize yourself experiencing success in your own personal dream of success. Set aside 15 minutes each day to see, and feel yourself experiencing success on a daily basis. (ie:Imagine yourself in a loving partnership, with loving supportive friendships, and in work that feeds your body, mind and spirit.)

3. The feelings of success are the most important part. Once you begin experiencing the feelings of success on a daily basis. Your feelings and visualizations will draw the success to you using the law of attraction.

Our retreats allow you the time away from your life to gain clarity and focus your attention on YOU. Clarity comes when we remove the stress and old emotions that you may have stuffed from old habits of shutting down. With our years of experience and tools we empower you to live your purpose with passion. We look forward to meeting you in Sedona. Retreat and Heal will celebrate it's eight year serving Sedona with spiritual retreats this year.

You have a choice...Expect the Worst or Hope for the Best!

Are you spending your energy on fear and worry and expecting the worst? You can choose to hope for the best. What is the worst that can happen from allowing yourself to focus on hoping for the best?

Do you have the habit of fearing and worrying? Have you convinced yourself that you need fear and worry to feel safe. Are you ready to let fear and worry go?

A smile lifts your mood and vibrations. One of the gifts that you can give yourself and others is to learn the habit of smiling. Life is stressful right now. Tough economy, high gas prices, and world disasters. The mind doesn't know the difference in an imagined threat and a real threat. When you fear and worry your create hormones that stress your body/mind. You have a choice; you can choose to keep smiling and the world will smile with you. Three tips to stop the fear and worry habit.

1. When you notice the old fear and worry habit creep into your thoughts and emotions, stop and breathe. Hit the delete button and take that habit to the trash bin.

2. Next see a beautiful rose in your mind. Create a rose of any color that appeals to you. Bow your head and let that symbolize coming into your heart. Breathe the fear and worry and all the chemicals and hormones created by the emotions of fear and worry move from your body into the beautiful rose.

3. Now see and feel your guardian angel around you. Feel a beautiful waterfall of light washing through your mind and nervous system washing away all the fear and worry chemicals and hormones. Notice the rest of your day going more smoothly as you allow inner peace and the chemicals of inner peace to permeate your cells.

Our Sedona retreats empower you with tools to create the habit of hope and connect with inner peace and passion. Choose a day retreat, three day or week long retreat with us at Retreat and Heal and let us empower your life and dreams.

Retreat and Declutter Your Life

Retreat is a great way to declutter your mind and your life. Are you aligned with your purpose? Many of the retreat guests who come to us are in transition in their life. Many are feeling unhappy with their life but somewhat lost as how to shift; from what is to what they want and dream of.

Here are three tips to shift your life from overwhelm to inner peace and happiness.

1. Practice Yoga at least three times per week. Yoga is a great way to expand your mind, body, and spirit. It is also a good way to break up old patterns and habits and create new habits and patterns that serve you.

2. Meditation has been proven to shift your mind and create new thought patterns. Most of our retreat guests have a challenge slowing their mind down from the hectic pace of their life. The best way to slow the mind down is to practice breath awareness. As you observe your breath, just watch your thoughts. Become the witness and slowly you will notice your thoughts becoming more peaceful. Avoid trying to make your mind stop thinking. This creates resistance and struggle; the opposite of what you want. The key is to be consistent and persistent; your mind will give in.

3. Include something in your day that you love. If you can, take a walk in nature and allow yourself to slow down and welcome peace into your life. If you love dancing this is a great way to release stress. Listen to your inner urges they will guide you to peace.

Retreat and Heal is a small boutique retreat specializing in personalized retreats that cater to you and your needs. Spring is a great time to pamper yourself and declutter your life.

Valentine's Day A Great Time for Retreat

Valentine's day is a perfect time to Retreat in Sedona to reflect, release stress, and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Below find some tips to release your stress and renew your passion for life. Often we get caught up running from something that isn't really after us. Running from one relationship to another, one job to the next, or from one event to another. Most of our retreat guests retreat to release this habit of constant busy-ness. Next time you find yourself caught in your "busy" cycle--stop. Take a deep breath and visualize yourself in nature. When time permits spend five minutes, or fifteen minutes in nature and clear your mind. As you stop running and the busy habit; you might just find that you have been running from your "self".

Are you seeking inner peace? Here is a tip to bring more inner peace today. Focus your energy on what you want to accomplish today. Gift yourself this reward, when you complete your goals. Create a retreat in the comfort of your own home and the privacy of your bathroom. Collect rose petals from your rose garden, and dump them into your bath. Collect a few blooms from your lavender plant and dump that along with your rose petals. If you don't have rose petals or lavender in your garden, then substitute 2 drops of essential oil of lavender, 2 drops of ylang/ylang, and 2 drops of clary sage. Play your favorite relaxing music, and light a candle. Ahhhhhhhh.......... retreat, meditation, relaxation, and inner peace is only moments away, it's free, and the perfect valentine's gift.
