Addicted to Clutter? Retreat and reset your normal

A retreat away from your normal environment can help you reset what feels normal. According to Denver Post Clutter can be caused by many different influences. For me I grew up in an environment where stress, chaos, and clutter felt normal. Here are the new habits that I found that helped me reset my normal feeling of clutter to organized and relaxed.

Follow these three tips to shift your life from clutter and chaos to inner peace and happiness.

1. Clutter comes from a habit of self sabotage and a feeling of holding on. Practice Yoga at least three times per week. Yoga is a great way to expand your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga creates inner strength to break free from patterns and habits; creating a calm clear mind.

2. Meditation has been proven to shift your mind and create new thought patterns. Most of our retreat guests have a challenge slowing their mind down from the hectic pace of their life. The best way to slow the mind down is to practice breath awareness. As you observe your breath, just watch your thoughts. Become the witness and slowly you will notice your thoughts becoming more peaceful. One of the most powerful and popular meditations that we teach is the "inner smile" meditation. Find a peaceful place in nature or in your home. Play some relaxing music and hold the intention to let go. As you smile and send the love that you give so freely to others to yourself you will feel a beautiful glow growing inside. The "inner smile" has been proven to change your brain chemistry. As you clear away the cobwebs of "inner judgement", "inner anger" and "inner criticism" you will find it easier to change your outer environment.

3. Include something in your day that you love. If you can, take a walk in nature and allow yourself to slow down and welcome peace into your life. If you love dancing this is a great way to release stress. Listen to your inner urges they will guide you to peace.

Money Fears turned into Peace of Mind and Trust

Money fears and worries weighing heavy on your mind? Follow this video and these secrets to find courage to let go and trust.

I grew up in Tennessee and my mother and father grew up in the depression. I remember horrible stories of people in the great depression who had lost everything jumping out of buildings and ending it all. Follow these three secrets to keep yourself centered and relaxed.

1. Remember that you control your reaction to life. Even when you are surrounded with stress, you can learn to change your reaction; remove yourself and take a stress break. If you have access to nature, go outside in nature and sit under a tree. Breathe your stress away. You will find that when you return to work you will be more productive and your mood and outlook will be lifted. If you can't take a break outside then close your door and breathe. Close your eyes and imagine that you are in the most beautiful place in nature that you can remember. Imagine the sun filling your entire body with golden light and washing away the stress.

2. Face your situation head on, and move forward by finding solutions. Take a look at your finances and look at ways to start living within your means. Your first step is to cut back on eating out. Pack a lunch and make sure it contains healthy veggies and fruits. Support your body, mind, and spirit with high quality foods and avoid refined fast foods.

3. Find support and talk out your problems. Holding on to problems creates internal war zones, and you find yourself caught in a vicious loop of stress. Support can be professional help through a coach, financial advisor, or a counselor. The key is to take action and realistically create a plan to move out of the situation. Avoidance will continue to create stress and depression eventually leading to illness.Down load a free life evaluation test to see exactly where you are in your life. Spiritual Retreat offering Meditation, EFT, and Hypnotherapy

Sedona Arizona on your mind? Happiness and peace of mind something that you had but now find missing on a daily basis? Sedona is a healing oasis with beautiful sunshine and breath taking beauty.

Happiness is easy when the sun is shinning and we feel good. It can be hard to find the inner strength to be happy, in this economy and during this time of year. You can train yourself to transform sadness and anxiety into happiness and peace of mind. Press pause and stop feelings of being fragile, unstable and insecure. Choose to be happy by controlling your thoughts.

Start your day with 15 minutes of stillness in nature either in your mind or if possible in person. There is never a better time to begin than now.

* Stay present through out your day, recognize & acknowledge your emotional warning signals. Practice conscious breathing throughout your day and check in with your body. Most people are detached from their body and travel through their day on auto-pilot.

*Use your breath to keep yourself present and stop what you are doing in that moment. Your breath can stop your automatic stress response and stop your automatic response to your addicted emotional cycle.

* Breathe away negativity. Use your breathing as an anchoring tool to change your addicted emotions, and habits. You can choose to release the internal sensation of the experience of anxiety and overwhelm from your body. Your breathing facilitates the release of negative energy and keep you focused on love, success and inner peace.

Meditation, EFT, Spiritual Healing, and Inner Peace

Meditation and EFT can bring spiritual healing and inner peace through spiritual retreat. The fear about our future is so thick right now you can feel it everywhere. Many of us experienced this kind of fear on a daily basis as a child and have become immuned to the feeling. Yet, fear creates stress in our body, mind and spirit. It is a feeling of always being on alert without a pending threat to our life. This feeling floods our body with toxic chemicals that weakens our immune system and causes our mind to be cluttered. Follow these three steps to clear your mind and strenghten your immune response.

1. Determine the best way to clear your mind. There are many effective tools to meditate and create a clear mind. The most effective meditation, is one that is practiced on a daily basis. My favorite technique is to practice yoga for fifteen minutes then sit and follow my breath. Alternate nostril breathing is very effective in balancing the right and left hemisphere of the brain and deepens the feeling of relaxation.

2. Practicing Reiki self healing has been a favorite practice to quiten my mind and bring my body, mind, and spirit back to balance for the past twenty five years. Reiki is a self healing technique that can be learned and practiced by anyone who is open and willing. We offer Reiki attunements and training in our day packages, and retreats.

3. Choose a mantra and repeat it in order to stop fearful thoughts. One of the first mantras that I practiced was a focus word to stop thoughts that were automatic and destructive. This word was cancel-cancel. Then I would replace the word with a simple word like trust.

Spritual Healing is needed by everyone right now to stop the fear that has enveloped our world. By collectively focusing our thoughts on what we want we can create inner peace. See the world at peace and do your part to create inner peace through practicing meditation.

Inner Peace in a World in Fear--Money Crisis and Financial Disaster

Spiritual retreat is a powerful answer to deal with our stressful economic disaster. The most horrible incident I can remember is the suicide of a former student who was behind on her mortgage. She lost hope in her ability to catch up on her bills and found it easier to end her life. There are thousands of homes in foreclosure and many are out of work. Follow these three tips to find strength and release your stress.

1. Stop the negative thoughts that there are no answers. Take a break in nature near a tree if possible. Sit and breathe and concentrate on a time in your life when you felt safe and cared for.

2. See yourself happy and beyond the current challenge that you are experiencing. There is always an answer and a way through any challenge. It may not be the answer that you prefer but once you release your attachment to the outcome an answer will come.

3. Treat yourself to simple pleasures that don't cost money. Create a spa in your home by gifting yourself with an aromatherapy bath. Turn on your favorite music, light candles, and run a hot bath with lavender, rosemary, and orange essential oils. Put three drops of each oil in a tablespoon of honey and disperse in the water. Turn off the phones and let go.

1. Imagine the life you want.

In your mind's eye see yourself, living the life you desire, and deserve free from physical and emotional pain. See yourself healthy, full of energy, waking up each morning spending time in silence, and connecting to the divine essence inside. Free from self sabotaging habits that restrict the flow of energy and vital essence within.

2. Take time away even if only for 30 minutes.

Taking time away from your life can give you the needed break to stop the chaos accepted as "normal". Often, you never know how stressed you are until you take a break from your routine.

3. Spend time in nature.

Spending time in nature brings clarity and allows you to release your stress. Just like the stress that has become internalized and accepted.
