Retreat to Sedona to Renew Your Love
1. Find out what your mate's language is and what helps them feel loved. For example do they feel loved when they hear "I love you," auditory. Do they feel loved when they receive flowers or a card, visual. Or maybe they need a touch or hug in order to feel loved, kinesthetic. It becomes easier when you learn to speak the language that your mate can hear or feel.
2. EFT or Emotional Freedom empower you with the tools to heal your past hurt and trauma and stop your recurring fighting patterns. First realize, that each of you are reacting from past hurt and trauma, and never from what is or has happened in the present moment. Until you heal the old stuck hurt and trauma, it will continue to be brought to the surface to be healed and released.
3. Agree on a word that can be used by both partners as a signal to stop the fight. Make an agreement to honor each other and your love by stopping the argument when the word is said by either partner. This word must have meaning for both of you. Words used by previous couples include: love, partnership, agreement, commitment, healing, what is important, the past, freedom, I choose love. You can also decide on a symbol of love and unity ie: a Dove, heart, a pink bubble of light. When you feel yourself stuck in reaction say the word and hold the symbol in your mind and breath.
4. If you become so triggered that you can't keep yourself from reacting; you are hitting a core survival issue. When this occurs you might need help to get unstuck. Find someone who has experience working with couples and EFT and give them a call to either work in person, or over the phone.
Our Sedona Retreats offer tools for healing your core issues with EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. I also work with clients throughout the world by phone and have great results with couples issues, core issues, stop smoking and weight loss. If you are feeling stuck and want to reconnect to the love you once felt in your relationship give me a call. Spring is a great time to retreat and heal your relationship and reconnect to love.

Retreat to Advance Toward Your Goals
Retreat empowers you to advance toward your goals by bring clarity and removing your blocks. What is your biggest block to claiming your goals for 2010? Two months have raced by in 2010 how many steps have you taken toward creating your goals?Often we stay so busy and operating on survival that we loose our vision and focus. What is your most effective focus tool to keep bringing yourself back to your vision? We all have habits that drain our energy, the key is to create discipline and habits that build a foundation for our goals and dreams.
Here is a challenge for the month of March. Everyone is spending time doing their taxes. Look at how you spent your energy for 2009. Your money is your energy how did you invest your energy? How much energy did you invest in what you want for your life and future?
Look at your habits that build energy and habits that drain your energy. Fear, worry, frustration, anger can be habits that you have gathered as a way of reacting to your life. These emotions create chemicals in your body. Once you react to life over and over with any of these emotions you create a chemical dependence for the emotions and there by create a habit just like smoking or drinking. It then becomes a habit to react to your life with either fear, worry, or frustration. Are you a worry, fear or frustration aholic?
Retreat allows you to focus on your automatic habits and reactions to life. By removing yourself from your environment and routine you can advance beyond your habits and empower yourself with tools to change your thoughts, mind and habits. Are your emotional habits blocking you from achieving your goals and dreams?

Inner Peace in a World in Fear--Money Crisis and Financial Disaster

1. Stop the negative thoughts that there are no answers. Take a break in nature near a tree if possible. Sit and breathe and concentrate on a time in your life when you felt safe and cared for.
2. See yourself happy and beyond the current challenge that you are experiencing. There is always an answer and a way through any challenge. It may not be the answer that you prefer but once you release your attachment to the outcome an answer will come.
3. Treat yourself to simple pleasures that don't cost money. Create a spa in your home by gifting yourself with an aromatherapy bath. Turn on your favorite music, light candles, and run a hot bath with lavender, rosemary, and orange essential oils. Put three drops of each oil in a tablespoon of honey and disperse in the water. Turn off the phones and let go.

Hot Secrets to Say Yes to Love

• If you idea of celebrating love is sitting on the couch with your couch potato. Turn the TV off and set the mood for romance. She may have lost her libido to the remote control. Follow these rituals to create a magical romantic evening.
• Pick up her favorite flowers and a mood candle. Make sure that you show up first before her. Put the flowers on the nightstand and light the mood candle.
• Put clean red sheets on the bed. Leave a love note on her pillow with rose petals under the sheet.
• Run a hot bath in the tub five minutes before she arrives. Add three drops each of lavender, ylang ylang, rose geranium, clary sage and marjoram to a teaspoon of honey and add this to her bath just before she enters. Put on her favorite music and quickly get in the shower.
• When she arrives take her directly to the bathroom and help her undress. Have her slip into the bath. Roll a towel and slip it under her head.
• Once she is ready to leave her heavenly bath. Have a nice bathrobe for her to slip into. Lay her on the bed in her bathrobe on top of the rose petals. Take a relaxing lotion like lavender and massage her feet.
She is now relaxed and in the mood. The rest is up to you. Take your time to focus on what you love about each other and make the most of the moment. It is up to you to create love or push love away with an over busy schedule and then collapsing in front of the tv.

What I Love About Sedona and Why You Should Visit
• I love the Red Rocks in Sedona and you won't find anything more beautiful anywhere in the world. You won't have to hunt to find them they are everywhere you look.• The reason I love the red rocks is they are a rare rock formation not found in many places on the earth. The red comes from the high iron content in the rock formations.
• I love the hiking trails located in all directions. People travel from around the world to hike these trails. A hike is a good way to get out among the rocks and soak in the views.
• The hiking trails are both easy and challenging and give you as much of a workout as you wish to set up for yourself. Oak Creek Canyon is one of the most beautiful and sought after trails-and one of my favorites.
• I love the sunrises and the sunsets. We have some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world. When the time comes for sunset you find standing room only on Airport Mesa lookout point.
• Our sunsets are quoted as being the most breath taking and inspirational experiences in the world. Arizona's spectacular sunsets reach their pinnacle here. If you don't like the crowds at the airport lookout, try on the patio at Canyon Breeze restaurant. Another less-crowded alternative is the first turnout going up the hill on Schnebly Road.
• I love the vortex sites. Another natural wonder of the world. Because of the high iron content and the high crystalline content of the limestone white rocks the combination of rock formations form a natural magnetic vortex energy.
• The energy of the sites, are easy for me, as I have been a practicing energy healer for over twenty five years. Some people feel the energy and others consider it new age woo-woo. But most agree that they feel a special peace in Sedona that they have not experienced anywhere else. The beauty along with the peaceful feeling have a large percentage of the people who visit Sedona considering making it their home.

A New Earth, Faith, Oprah and Eckhart

Do you have faith in a higher power? What is faith?Faith is synonymous with trust in a higher power. Faith is not denominational or related to a religious dogma. Faith is demonstrated in everyday life and by your actions or lack of actions. When one has faith we don’t spend our time in fear and worry. We spend our energy in prayer, and performing actions that support our earth, our brothers, and sisters (which reaches beyond your family and blood line), and our purpose for being here. As in the new webinar with Eckhart and Oprah, we do have a purpose for being alive that is above and beyond survival. My purpose in this life is to live my life each day in faith by monitoring my thoughts and directing them toward the highest good of all.
Faith means listening to our inner guidance and following that guidance. Sometimes we can get caught up in religious dogma and miss out on developing a real connection with our higher power. Doing what we need to do individually to develop a deeper connection to our higher power is one of our individual purposes for being alive. Developing faith is like any other personal development takes time and discipline. However it is worth the effort, rather than getting caught up in the drama of life and spending all your energy just surviving. Following your individual faith is a wonderful feeling and is a blessing to yourself and to your friends and family.
Faith is a wonderful feeling that we are safe and our lives are unfolding in the most positive way. What does faith mean to you?

What are you doing for Easter? I love Easter and have since being a child. I love waking up early and taking a hike and watching the Sun Rise. As you watch the sun come up and see it as the first new day of the rest of your life you can commit to your life and your happiness. I love to look at my life in spring and set an intention for what seeds I want to sow and nurture for harvest in the fall. It is a wonderful time to declutter my thoughts and habits and set an intention for the best year of my life. At the end of the day after I have spent my day in touch with my thoughts and feelings, as the sun sets, I release thoughts and patterns I am ready to leave permently in the past.
Easter for me is a time of reflection and a time to clean my innner sancturary. A time to declutter my inner and outer environment to make space for inner peace, joy, and happiness. Happy Spring and Happy Easter! What is your favorite ritual for Easter?

March Madness Got You Feeling Overwhelmed?

When you are feeling overwhelmed take a break and start doing one thing at a time. Whether at home or at work concentrate on one job at a time and complete each one. Learn to walk away from your desk and take a five minute break.

Take a few deep breaths and hold gratitude in your heart for each blessing. You will find your heart feeling lighter.
