Retreat to Sedona to Renew Your Love

Sedona is a beautiful place in springtime to renew your love. If your love life could use a spruce up follow these love tips to add some spice.

1. Find out what your mate's language is and what helps them feel loved. For example do they feel loved when they hear "I love you," auditory. Do they feel loved when they receive flowers or a card, visual. Or maybe they need a touch or hug in order to feel loved, kinesthetic. It becomes easier when you learn to speak the language that your mate can hear or feel.

2. EFT or Emotional Freedom empower you with the tools to heal your past hurt and trauma and stop your recurring fighting patterns. First realize, that each of you are reacting from past hurt and trauma, and never from what is or has happened in the present moment. Until you heal the old stuck hurt and trauma, it will continue to be brought to the surface to be healed and released.

3. Agree on a word that can be used by both partners as a signal to stop the fight. Make an agreement to honor each other and your love by stopping the argument when the word is said by either partner. This word must have meaning for both of you. Words used by previous couples include: love, partnership, agreement, commitment, healing, what is important, the past, freedom, I choose love. You can also decide on a symbol of love and unity ie: a Dove, heart, a pink bubble of light. When you feel yourself stuck in reaction say the word and hold the symbol in your mind and breath.

4. If you become so triggered that you can't keep yourself from reacting; you are hitting a core survival issue. When this occurs you might need help to get unstuck. Find someone who has experience working with couples and EFT and give them a call to either work in person, or over the phone.

Our Sedona Retreats offer tools for healing your core issues with EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. I also work with clients throughout the world by phone and have great results with couples issues, core issues, stop smoking and weight loss. If you are feeling stuck and want to reconnect to the love you once felt in your relationship give me a call. Spring is a great time to retreat and heal your relationship and reconnect to love.

Relationship Bucket List~Retreat and Heal Contest

Relationships are like a fine wine; it requires care and nurturing in order to age to perfection. What is included in a loving relationship bucket list? Caring, sharing, communicating, loving, compromise, resolution, dreams, growth and ever deepening heart connection. What is included in your relationship bucket list?

The couples who come to Sedona are often overwhelmed with pain and are unable to reach compromise and resolution. During the passionate stage of relationship most couples never think about a time when they will need skills to resolve fights and conflict.

What was your role model for conflict resolution? Most often the role model for conflict is either avoidance of conflict or one partner uses anger to control the situation. Following either role model is a sure behavior destined for disaster.

Compassionate communication is a must for continued heart connections and happiness in relationship. The golden rule for compassionate communication is to keep your heart open and speak from your heart and ask for what you want. This language is always started with I feel followed by what I want. For example: I feel really hurt when you seem distant when I am speaking, what I want is to feel like what I say has meaning in your life and I want to feel loved by feeling heard.

Sometimes when couples are stuck in pain and drama it requires a professional to assist them to move out of pain and back to their heart connection. Our retreats empower couples with tools to get beyond old habits that push love away and reconnect to love.

The bucket list for one of our recent Couple's Retreat guest follows along with their testimonial following their retreat. Bucket list: 1.To feel the love we first felt when we got married. 2. To make love more often. 3. To enjoy our life together and grow as we live the rest of our life together.

Testimonial:
Annie and Jerry,

We arrived at Retreat and Heal and did not have any idea of what we had gotten ourselves into! What we did "get" was MORE than we could have ever imagined. To say it was a wonderful and amazing experience is simply not enough. From the moment we stepped out of our car we felt surrounded with warmth and love.

Our "journeys" with Jerry and sessions with Annie were all so invaluable and exciting. We are so grateful. Thank you for sharing your immense knowledge and special gifts with us. Also for teaching us Reiki, EFT, Reflexology, meditation and sharing "your" Stupa and vortexes. And that is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg. I will, and have already told friends (and strangers) about our life-changing experience. Thank you for your honesty, sincerity and love.

Yours,

Britt and Ted

Addicted to Clutter? Retreat and reset your normal

A retreat away from your normal environment can help you reset what feels normal. According to Denver Post Clutter can be caused by many different influences. For me I grew up in an environment where stress, chaos, and clutter felt normal. Here are the new habits that I found that helped me reset my normal feeling of clutter to organized and relaxed.

Follow these three tips to shift your life from clutter and chaos to inner peace and happiness.

1. Clutter comes from a habit of self sabotage and a feeling of holding on. Practice Yoga at least three times per week. Yoga is a great way to expand your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga creates inner strength to break free from patterns and habits; creating a calm clear mind.

2. Meditation has been proven to shift your mind and create new thought patterns. Most of our retreat guests have a challenge slowing their mind down from the hectic pace of their life. The best way to slow the mind down is to practice breath awareness. As you observe your breath, just watch your thoughts. Become the witness and slowly you will notice your thoughts becoming more peaceful. One of the most powerful and popular meditations that we teach is the "inner smile" meditation. Find a peaceful place in nature or in your home. Play some relaxing music and hold the intention to let go. As you smile and send the love that you give so freely to others to yourself you will feel a beautiful glow growing inside. The "inner smile" has been proven to change your brain chemistry. As you clear away the cobwebs of "inner judgement", "inner anger" and "inner criticism" you will find it easier to change your outer environment.

3. Include something in your day that you love. If you can, take a walk in nature and allow yourself to slow down and welcome peace into your life. If you love dancing this is a great way to release stress. Listen to your inner urges they will guide you to peace.

Retreat and Heal is a small boutique retreat specializing in personalized retreats that cater to you and your needs. Fall is a beautiful time to pamper yourself and declutter your life. Gift yourself a retreat to reset your normal to inner peace and happiness; you deserve to live your life in love.

Love, Sex, and Happy Relationships

What is the most important component of a happy relationship? Love or sex. You may have sex and passion without love but it will be short-lived. To keep love, sex, and passion alive long after the initial lust and passionate stage of a relationship, it requires a vision of what you want, a good foundation, commitment, and unconditional love.

Love's Secret offers an action plan to build love habits by releasing old habits and conditioning and learning to focus on love. Focus on what you have in your life that you love, and also focus on the things you love about your mate, and release the habit of nit-picking. Write down what you love about your life and also look at what you don't like. Once you are aware of what you want then spend 15 minutes seeing a picture of this in your mind. After you have a clear vision of what you want, feel how it feels to have it in your life. Play some beautiful music that makes you happy and hold your vision. Feel the happy feelings and then feel how grateful you feel for having it in your life. This is the magic of creation.

Let me know you thoughts and feelings that come up from practicing your manifestation vision. Make a commitment to yourself to set aside time daily to hold your vision of love. As you create love in your life and create the life you want you will be assisting in creating a world in love.

I work with couples via skype, phone and in person through our retreats. Having a love coach empowers you to focus on love and rise above old habits and the ego urge to be right at all costs. Let us create a retreat that fits your needs and budget. Sedona has the beauty and our retreats are packed with fun, tools and experiences to get your relationship back on track.

Live Your Dream~Retreat and find your spark

Is there a dream hidden in your heart that wants to be expressed? Use these secrets to stop pushing your dream away; and express your divine spark of imagination. Retreat from your busy everyday life to empower your dreams with tools for creation.

Fear blocks the expression of your dream that lies deep inside your heart. Our retreat guests share that fear is their biggest block to manifesting their dreams. Fear takes many forms including fear of losing what is now accepted as being comfortable because it is known. The acronym for fear is False Expectations Appearing Real. What we expect whether it is known expectations or hidden in the subconscious mind, always determines what we see in our lives.

Retreat advances you toward your dreams. Confront old beliefs and patterns started in your childhood and replace them with new choices and habits that support who you want to be, and what you want in life. Follow these two tips to empower you dream.

* Each time you feel uncomfortable, take time to look within. Look fear in the face and take you power back. As a child fear was used to control you by your parents, teachers, family and friends. You have the power to say good-bye to fear and stop the habit of controlling yourself with fear. Anchor in the feeling of being safe to change and become the new You. In your mind hold a vision of you living your dream with people supporting, and nurturing you.

* Each day advance toward your dream by building goals and action steps. If you have no map or vision then you'll never know when you arrive. Each day you have a choice to keep doing what you have done and getting the same results or go through growing pains and create what you want.

Retreat and Heal empowers you to advance toward your dream and build a foundation for success and abundance. EFT and Hypnotherapy help you look at core beliefs that keep you from living your dream. Here is a recent testimonial from our retreat guest.

"I wanted to thank you again for the extraordinary retreat. I've been on a path of Personal and Spiritual Growth for more that 6 years now and I received more value in a few short hours than I've gotten in years of growth. The accommodations were fantastic and the healing sessions were just what I needed. You and Jerry continued to over deliver and I greatly appreciate that. I will absolutely return and share this experience with my family, friends, and colleagues. Thanks again, Manny Goldman, Founder and CEO Real Growth Worldwide, Author The Power of Personal Growth

We hope that you will remember us when you are ready to Retreat and advance toward your dreams.

Retreat and Advance To Inner Peace

Retreat in the moment and connect to inner peace. Is inner peace harder to find with anxiety and stress feeling normal throughout your days and evenings? Learn to anchor in peace at a moment's notice.

Create a word, phrase or picture and train yourself to anchor peace into your body and mind no matter where you are or what you are doing. Press pause and stop feelings of being fragile, unstable and insecure. Choose to be happy by controlling your thoughts, and your emotions. If you have a pattern of reacting to life with fear, frustration, or irritation; that habit will continue until you replace it with a new habit. See a picture and connect it to a feeling and when you visualize the picture; it is a great way to train your mind and body to react differently. Follow these tips and anchor in peace throughout your day.

Start your day with 15 minutes of stillness in nature either in your mind or if possible physically. There is never a better time to begin than now.

* Stay present through out your day, recognize; acknowledge your emotional warning signals. Practice conscious breathing throughout your day and check in with your body. Most people are detached from their body and travel through their day on auto-pilot.

*Use your breath to keep yourself present and stop what you are doing in the moment. Your breath can stop your automatic stress response and stop your automatic response to your addicted emotional cycle.

* Breathe away negativity. Your breath is another anchoring tool to change your addicted emotions, and habits. You can choose to release the internal sensation of anxiety and overwhelm from your body. Your breathing facilitates the release of negative energy and keeps you focused on love, success, and inner peace.

Our years of experience teaching and facilitating personal healing and empowerment make us your complete healing destination. A spiritual retreat with us offers a safe place to meditate, and change your old beliefs and patterns with Reiki, healing massage, time in nature at the healing vortex sites, EFT and Hypnotherapy.

Spiritual Retreats offer Secrets to Manage Stress

Stress and tension become a normal feeling in your body. Imagine if Medical doctors prescribed a day every month to go on retreat, a long weekend every three months, and a longer sabbatical on a regular basis. These breaks would clear stress and recharge batteries, and diminish the intensity of our societies' high stress levels. Everyone has stress the key is learning effective tools to manage stress. Below find secrets to manage stress and recharge your body/mind/and spirit.

Say no to stress and overwhelm. When you are tired learn to walk away and take a break. This can be as little as 15 minutes, or as much a full week. When you are stressed you are not able to be productive. Take a break, when you return to the project refreshed you bring renewed energy, a refreshed mind, and more successful results.

Develop the habit of deep breathing. Shallow breathing is a habit learned as a child. Shallow breathing is responsible for many diseases and stress related illness. Post signs in your office, in your car, at home, and remind your self to breath deeply.

Develop the habit of a quiet peaceful mind. A peaceful mind has more ability to focus and release stress. Meditation is a good tool to create a more peaceful mind and up-lifting endorphins.

Smile and create the habit of happiness. Happiness is a choice. Most were not conditioned to be happy. It takes commitment, dedication, determination and an ability to embrace change in order to create a happy life.

Create a Plan and follow it. Create a plan for what you want in your life. Do one thing every day that supports your plan. Acknowledge your achievements’ and your accomplishments toward your plan.

Schedule Rewards with short breaks. Your breaks and time away need not be elaborate. They can be as small as scheduling in a long soak in your bath tub or a long weekend at a retreat center that you love. Schedule in short breaks and rewards often for your small and large accomplishments. Our Sedona retreats empower you to create a healthy, happy, and successful life .
Remember Retreat and Heal and Sedona when you are ready to schedule your break. We welcome you for a day, three days or a full week long retreat.
