Most people have had trauma in their life as a child and sometimes remember and often don't remember but seem to experience patterns of trauma and emotional pain. How do you release these patterns from your life? EFT and Hypnotherapy are effective tools to release emotional pain and trauma. What is EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique is an effective software for releasing emotional pain and patterns.

Emotions are the end product of past event or experiences. When you change your emotions then you can change your experiences. Transformation happens quickly when
we release the addiction to the chemicals that emotions create.

At the core of every symptom there is an emotion that causes our body to react in that way. Body speaks the mind. Neuropeptides secret the chemicals of the emotions that you are experiencing outside inside your body, blood, and cells. The chemicals released by anger, stress, worry and fear flood our body with toxic stress chemicals that block our body's natural ability to create endorphins of happiness and peace.

Another very common dis-ease is depression which comes from stuffing frustration and anger.

2. Ways to release dis-ease? EFT also known as Emotional Freedom Technique is performed by tapping on energy meridians that traverse the body. The tapping acts to move and rid the body of uncompleted emotional energy that become major contributors to dis-ease.

3. What symptoms can you use EFT to release? EFT has been used to release blocked emotional energy and symptoms associated with low back pain, headaches, and even more chronic dis-ease. It can be learned and applied for self treatment or you can receive a treatment from a practitioner. Both can be equally effective. EFT can also be applied to rid the mind of subconscious patterns and belief systems that create habits and addictions.

4. How often do you need to apply EFT to be effective? This will vary. Sometimes you will get immediate relief of symptoms. Other times you will remove one layer and then need to apply again within the same day or the next day and remove a deeper layer of emotions to go deeper to the core issue.

Retreat to Stop Fighting and Make Love

#Retreat from your "habits that push love away" and create love. Is your relationship stuck in toxic "habits"? Try this tool to stop pushing love away.

1. Do you keep fighting over the same issues and shut down and stuff your feelings? This habit will result in an explosion of hurtful words and pushing each other away.

2. EFT or Emotional Freedom empower you with the tools to heal your past hurt and trauma and stop your recurring fighting patterns. First realize, that each of you are reacting from past hurt and trauma, and never from what is or has happened in the present moment. Until you heal the old stuck hurt and trauma, it will continue to be brought to the surface to be healed and released.

3. Agree on a word that can be used by both partners as a signal to stop the fight. Make an agreement to honor each other and your love by stopping the argument when the word is said by either partner. This word must have meaning for both of you. Words used by previous couples include: love, partnership, agreement, commitment, healing, what is important, the past, freedom, I choose love. You can also decide on a symbol of love and unity ie: a Dove, heart, a pink bubble of light. When you feel yourself stuck in reaction say the word and hold the symbol in your mind and breathe, smile and hold a vision of your partner in a loving embrace.

4. If you become so triggered that you can't keep yourself from reacting; you are hitting a core survival issue. When this occurs you might need help to get unstuck. Find someone who has experience working with couples and EFT and give them a call to either work in person, or over the phone.

#Retreat to Advance Toward Your Dreams

#Retreat and gather tools to attract what you want in your life. Are your frustrated with how the law of attraction is working in your life? My dreams were not manifesting in my life for many years no matter how hard I visualized and said my affirmations. As a matter of fact Louise Hay was at our "grand opening" of our school and clinic in California. Yet, I continued to attract and manifest some of my worst night mares and fears. Until I studied EFT or Emotional Freedom and learned to clear away the fears that blocked my dreams. I knew there was more to life than surviving, but I didn't know how to apply my talents and gifts to live my life purpose. Here are the steps I took to clear my fears and beliefs, that blocked my purpose, and passion.

1. The first and most powerful step is to get clear on where you are. I had a mantra (short phrase I repeated to myself) who am I, where am I, and what is my purpose here? I did this for several months throughout my day. This serves two purposes. First it keeps your "inner critic" quiet and takes your inner talk off "auto-pilot." It also keeps you focused on your intention to find your purpose.

2. Create times to breath consciously and listen inside. This means that you must create the ability to be still. For most of us in this hurry-worry world this is our biggest challenge. Our mind is racing from appointment to appointment, and focusing on what is next on our calendar. Top habits to finding your purpose, passion, and taking charge of your power, is your breath and a quiet mind.

3. Keep focused on your intention and stay present. In rushing through life it is easy to loose focus and thus loose your connection to the Divine. When we maintain our connection to our spiritual essence, we are connected to our purpose, passion, and our power. Schedule time into your calendar for spiritual renewal. A spiritual retreat once a year is a great source to renew your body, mind and spirit, and master the law of attraction.
