1. Start today with a smile. You might think that you don't have anything to smile about-but go ahead and try it for seven days. Think about things that you like to smile about. Research has shown that smiling can change your brain chemistry and begin creating the Law of Attraction; and you will begin to attract more to smile about.

2. Ways to release over-whelm? EFT also known as Emotional Freedom Technique is performed by tapping on energy meridians that traverse the body. The tapping acts to move and rid the body of uncompleted emotional energy that become major contributors to depression and overwhelm.

3. What symptoms can you use EFT to release? EFT has been used to release energy and symptoms associated with low back pain, headaches, and even more chronic dis-ease. It can be learned and applied for self treatment or you can receive a treatment from a practitioner. Both can be equally effective. EFT can also be applied to rid the mind of subconscious patterns and belief systems that create habits and addictions.

4. How often do you need to apply EFT to be effective? This will vary. Sometimes you will get immediate relief of symptoms. Other times you will remove one layer and then need to apply again within the same day or the next day and remove a deeper layer of emotions to go deeper to the core issue.

5. EFT has been used to quit smoking, release weight, stop sugar cravings and most cravings and urges, including serious addictions. #EFT Retreats to Retrain Your Brain-Easy Neuroplasticity

1. Start today with Meditation for seven days. Start with an easy to learn meditation. Just take long deep breaths and focus on your breath. Each time your mind wanders or starts to "think" of the past or the future, bring yourself back to the breath. Start with five minutes of focus. Each day extend the time by a minute. By the seventh day you will be up to 11 minutes of focus. The next week add in a smile to your focus. Breath deeply first expand your abdomen, then expand your rib cage, next expand your chest and bring the breath all the way up to your clavicles. When you focus on the breath, your smile and expanding your capacity to take in more oxygen; not only is it good for your metabolism, it also helps the body absorb more oxygen and then become more calm and focused. Throughout the day, use the smile to reset to feeling calm, relaxed and focused. New NeuroPlasticity Research shows that smiling changes your brain chemistry; creating more uplifting endorphins, and is more effective than anti-depressants. It is also cheaper and has no side effects.

2. As you become more proficient at meditation. After a month of practice. Add in the focus of your vision. What do you want in your life? If you are looking to create more clarity on what you want. At the end of your meditation or during it just hold a vision of your self happy with a smile and hold the feeling of doing work that you love and with a life partner that you love.

3. Next start a manifesting journal. Inside this journal create pages with pictures of you with everything you want in your life. Create pages to write at least one affirmation each day. Ie: I love my new work that pays well, with team players that are encouraging, kind, and supportive. I love my relationship with my life partner that is loving, kind and supportive. I love my life and I love feeling accomplished, fulfilled with a good flow of abundance in my life. I love having a good amount of money left in my bank account at the end of each month. I love feeling in the flow with my life.

4. When practicing affirmations, always be aware of cleansing. Sometimes as a result of practicing affirmations, you might get a cleansing reaction similar to eating healthy and having flu like symptoms as old toxins clean out. This could be experienced as fear or a feeling of lack even-though you have plenty of money. Rather than deny it write about it and perhaps do some EFT tapping on the feelings that come up. Moms Retreat to Honor Motherhood

Retreats are a great way to honor the mother or grandmother in your life. Moms give without thinking of the return. Many have a day that starts with sun up and doesn't end with the setting sun. Here are some tips to give back to Mom.

1. Have #mom retreat and listen to relaxing music to release her stress and reconnect to inner peace. During her #relaxing break light a candle and have her focus on the healing light of the candle and allow the healing energy to clear her stress.

2.While #mom is relaxing, run a warm tub of water and add two drops neroli, two drops lavendar, and two drops of clary sage; mix in a tablespoon of honey. Honey is a good carrier for #essential oils and helps it mix with the water. Swirl this into the tub, turn off all phones, ipads, all outside distrations, and have mom relax and let go.

Wellness Rereats in Sedona Create Health

4. Decide a "inner peace" anchor. This can be a rose, sunflower, or even a rainbow. Anything that you value and has meaning. Each time you feel the old habit of "stinking thinking", stop and see your anchor and take three breaths, smile and fill your cells and heart with love. The more your practice the easier it gets and the more you begin to smile throughout the day. You create a vicious snow ball effect for more self love and health.

5. Practice "Faith" and positive expectancy. As a child we sometimes created the habit of thinking the worst as a way of protecting ourselves and preparing for the worst. Begin each day by visualizing the very best day possible and then hold gratitude for a good day.

1. Create a balance wheel and take a look at how balanced your life is. In this wheel give a slice to work, family, friends and time for yourself. What needs to shift? Get our life evaluation quiz free and determine where your life needs more balance.

2. Meditation is a great way to get in touch with your inner voice and inner wisdom. Meditation can help you to clear your inner chaos and create a quiet mind. Our favorite meditation at Retreat and Heal is a walking meditation at the Tibetan Stupa. Meditation is easier when you start with active practices like yoga, tai chi, walking, or pranayama(controlled breathing). Next sit, for at least fifteen minutes and concentrate on your breath.

3. Visualization is the next on the list for creating what you want once you have cleared your mind. Tear pictures from a magazine and post them on your vision board. Put pictures that represent your dreams. Next create an action plan to create what you want. Spiritual Life Coaching is a wonderful way to create your action plan and put it into a manageable plan to make it reality.
