2. Take time away even if only for 30 minutes.

3. Spend time in nature.
Spending time in nature brings clarity and allows you to release your stress. Just like the stress that has become internalized and accepted. The lack of direction and missing connection to the divine has been lost in constant busy-ness that plagues our society. Stop the chaos and be still. Take our free Life Mastery test and determine where you are. Last week I blogged about the GAP Gratitude, Accountability, and Positive expectancy. How did that work for you? GAP, is the opposite actions and reactions that our beliefs and conditioning have created. In order to move beyond our beliefs, we must become comfortable with changing our beliefs, and leaving our story behind. To become comfortable with change, it helps to have support around you, and friends that are going through the same growth and change you are experiencing.
For today take action to stay present and decide to smile and be happy. Happiness is a choice and you may not have been conditioned to be happy. Hold an inner smile throughout your day. An inner smile feeds your cells with sunshine and activates the healing genie in your cells. Monitor you emotions and press pause, if you have thoughts or emotions that dampen your feelings of happiness.

If you were preparing for a journey tomorrow. You would be excited, and you would probably go on google, and do indepth research on preparing for your trip. Yet, the majority of our society, spend little time or money preparing for their journey in life. Most couples spend a lot of time preparing for their wedding, and their honey moon, and very little money, or time preparing for a happy journey for their life together.
The focus for today is to allow the sun to set on yesterday and your past. Avoid dragging emotional baggage that belongs to yesterday, and your childhood into your future. You would never drag out a computer that was programmed twenty, thirty, or forty years ago, and try to navagate the internet. You and everyone else would toss the computer, and the outdated software, and update it for uptimum proformance. Toss your history and your story from the past. It has served you well, and made you who you are, bless it and release it, and leave it in the past.

Yesterday Obama gave a successful speech in Britain and was welcomed by a cheering crowd of thousands. Let's hope for a easy road to success for him and his campaign. He certainly appears to be more pro-active for our country and our environment.
In yesterday's post we continued our discussion of the GAP, gratitude for our life, accountability for our thoughts and actions, and positive expectancy. How are you doing with this concept? Do you feel that you are making steps toward activating you IGPS? Are you able to hold positive expectancy for your life, and allow doors to open? When opportunities appear, are you able to say yes to the new experience?
What holds you back from the new expression of yourself that is ready to unfold? Obama models great confidence and standing up for what he wants and believes. Are you able to hold you thoughts, emotions, and direct your actions toward what you want? In order to activate your inner GPS, it requires discipline. Here are action steps, you can take immediately to activate your inner guidance system, and get started on your journey to success in your relationships, and business.
Make a road map, of what you want to accomplish in the next month. Write yourself a check for whatever amount of money, you want at the end of the month. Make the check enough to cover your bills, with money left over for savings. Post your goals for the month, and the check where you can see them. When you see your goals, hold positive expectancy for having accomplished them. Notice how it feels to have accomplished your goals. Now hold gratitude, for staying focused and being able to accomplish your goals. See yourself with the check in your hands and feel how good it feels.
Our retreat guests often rent a car with a GPS, to navigate roads that they are unfamiliar with. Just knowing they have the system, gives them confidence to travel in an unfamiliar area. As you move forward on your path, from where you are, to where you want to be, it is comforting to know that you have an inner guidance system guiding you. However it is based on your beliefs, thoughts, actions, and emotions. You need to update your system, and develop it to work for you and not against you.

For today, I will share what GAP is, and explain what our IGPS is and how to activate it. We all have an inner guidance system, similar to the GPS that everyone is purchasing to navigate the road trips. Our inner guidance system, is always turned on for our highest path, but we are either too busy to listen, or have shut it down and don't feel the inner urges. What caused us to shut the system down? Our old programming, or perhaps we grew up in a very toxic environment, and our survival habit was to shut down, in order to not feel the hurt and pain. Tomorrow I will blog more about how to reactivate your IGPS. Are you aware that you have a IGPS?

As a child, I learned to be a care taker, to get recognition and love. As a way of feeling in control, I developed the habit of being a giver. Through out my career in holistic health and healing over the last twenty five years, I have found that most people in the healing field are givers. Givers become so versed in the habit of giving, that they often give themselves away. Here is a ritual, to begin to change your habit of over giving.
Practice the habit of being open to recieve, for a week. When someone offers you a compliment take it. Allow friends and family, to bring you a cup of tea, and graciously accept. Welcome your mate, to shower you with attention by rubbing your feet or shoulders, sit quietly and accept. Learn to breathe and look within, and tell yourself that you are safe to allow yourself to be open and recieve. Notice the feelings that bubble up from within. If you feel uncomfortable and vulnerable, it is okay, you will survive.

Law of Attraction for the creation of money and financial opportunities, is a result of our relationship with money in our childhood. I grew up on a farm in Tennessee and was conditioned, that money was a result of hard work. Here are some other beliefs that are common in our society. If you hold these beliefs you will need to clean your closet and establish a new relationship with money in order to attract the financial abundance and wealth you want and deserve.

1. Change is inevitable and growth is optional. We are changing from the moment we are born. As we mature from infant to adult, we create ourselves through our conditioning from our environment and parents. Our parents brought their conditioning from their parents. The key to success in life and business, is to rise above this conditioning and choose our thoughts, habits, actions, and reactions to life.
2. Your old habits, and conditioning, are comfortable just like your shoes and clothes, because they are familiar. However, to grow to your unlimited potential, we must expand beyond this conditioning. No matter how uncomfortable you become, with your old habits and conditionings, it will bring up fear and resistance, as you grow and expand.
3. The most successful tools for growing beyond your story is acceptance and presence. Here is a tool for releasing resistance. Press pause when you feel resistance. Hold a feeling of acceptance. Take yourself immediately to your safe place in nature. Feel yourself taking your power back from your old story and old habits. Now see yourself in a scene, with loving, accepting, people around you. Hold a picture of yourself successful and experiencing joy, inner peace, and happiness. Each and every time you experience slipping into old habits, or resistance, follow this exercise, and feel your old habits and conditioning, being shed like an old skin that is no longer needed.

2. Take an action step each day. Your first action step to bring more success into your life, is to get clear on what success means to you. Once you have a clear picture of what success is then create more feelings of success in your life. Create realistic goals for yourself each day, and take action steps to complete each goal. Each action step you take is a step toward success. Acknowledge each action step you take. At the end of your week acknowledge your steps toward success. Your reward doesn't have to cost money, it can be a long spa bath or a walk in nature. Hold the feeling of success as you experience your reward.

Think of your energy account in this way. When you are present, you are making a deposit in your account for your future. When you are in the past in regret, anger, or avoidance of the future you are making a major withdrawal from you account. When you make goals and agreements with yourself, and keep them you are making a major deposit in your account. Fear, worry, anger, frustration are all withdrawals. Time in nature, meditation, exercise, completing goals, giving special gifts to yourself and others are all deposits.

Also the feeling of having meaningful work, and the feeling of waking up in the morning excited to greet your day.

When I first started my journey, I had a very busy mind. My first tool to still my mind was yoga. At the time, I didn't know that yoga could help me still my mind, I was attracted to it for the toning and exercise. However, the more I practiced yoga, the more I found myself being transformed, from the inside out. Shortly after going through my first divorce after eighteen years, I spent a month in a yoga ashram. It is one of the best therapies for healing, that I have ever experienced. Here are a couple of tools that can transform your mind, and help you to create the inner peace you want.
Practice your deep breathing while sitting, and while laying in bed, just before falling asleep. Give yourself the suggestion that you are safe, and everything that you want and need is being drawn into your life. Visualize yourself with meaningful work, with loving supportive people around you. Notice your feelings. Feel gratitude, and positive expectancy, for what you want showing up in your life.

I grew up on a farm in Tennessee, where there was always food, and not much money. If you wanted something, I was taught it required hard work, and lots of sweat. This has created such a good work ethic, that most of my life I have been a workaholic. I have been an entrepreneur for over thirty years and have enjoyed being my own boss, yet I was a hard task master. Like most successful entrepreneurs I have driven myself to work 14-16 hour days many of the years of my life. EFT is a tool that I have used to assist thousands of clients, to shift feelings of scarcity and lack to feelings of trust, faith, and positive expectancy.
EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique will shift your thoughts, and feelings, from fear, anxiety, and worry, to feelings of acceptance, joy, and gratitude for what you have. Journal daily to find your underlying issues. Start wherever you are. Begin to use EFT by tapping on a general feeling. Like even though I feel stuck in poverty and scarcity consciousness, and have a hard time controlling my thoughts of fear and worry, still I choose to love myself and forgive myself. When I was young, I learned that it felt good to give; this is how I got attention, and recognition. As a younger sibling of nine older brothers and sisters, this is the only way I got any attention. I continued this pattern as an adult, and have always enjoyed service positions, and have continued to be a care giver. I enjoy this role, and it is in total alignment with my life purpose. However, it has been a challenge, to learn to feel safe to open my heart to receive. Here are the the tools that I have used to open my heart and the flow to receive.
1. Journal about your habits in your childhood. How did you get your attention? For some it was being "perfect". Doing good to get a pat on the back and recognition.This is fine as long as you don't give yourself away and loose yourself in the process.
2. Tune into your heart. How does your heart feel? What does your heart want? Your heart's natural state is to be equally open to give and receive. Notice what is blocking you from opening your heart. Usually it is a fear. Journal and ask God, Spirit, your Angel's to assist you to learn to open to receive. Throughout your day tell yourself that you are safe to open your heart to receive.

Follow these actions steps to shift your mind from desire, and need, to acceptance, and expectation.
1. Take your journal from yesterday. Look over your goals. Close your eyes. See the goals that you have written down. Notice the feeling you get when you are living your goals. Tune in to how excited you feel. Enjoy the warm glow of energy moving through your body, as you feel yourself in your vision.
2. Through out your day practice positive expectancy. Notice the opportunities that happen in your life, that are bringing your vision into your life.
3. Hold a feeling of gratitude throughout your day, for your goals unfolding easily, effortlessly, and with grace. As you hold your gratitude feeling that you are attracting your highest good, and your highest path; you are building a deep belief that your goals are moving toward you. The more you practice these habits, you are moving yourself into vibrational alignment, with your goals and dreams.

Law of Attraction Master Mind Group July teleseminars, start July 8 and run for four weeks. Each session is recorded, so if you can't make the calls personally, you will still get the information. In the last couple of weeks I have shared actions steps, to clear away your blocks to success, with the Law of Attraction. Today's action step is to make your goals, based on what makes you happy.
1. In your journal, write down the biggest dream you can imagine. As a start to building

2. Paste pictures in your journal, that support your goals and dreams. Be sure and make your health and happiness the center of your pictures, and everything else radiates out from there.
3. Schedule in 15 minutes each day to look at your goals, and see yourself living each one. Feel what it feels like to have all your goals in your life now. Feel gratitude for having your goals in your life, as if they already exist.

Law of Attraction attracts success in many ways. What does success mean to you? What holds the key to using the Law of Attraction to apply action to achieve the results you want? For most of us the abundance and success that we are craving is held in the feelings that come from being successful.
When I was young, I decided what I wanted was to have time to be with my children. I decided that I wanted to be able to set my own schedule and drop them at school and day care and pick them up. So the feelings of success for me was the feeling of being with my children, and having money to pay all our bills, and money left over to play with my children. I began to visualize this and soon I got the idea of cleaning houses. I did this three days a week and was able to make my own schedule, and be off every other day. This allowed me great flexibility in my schedule and I made good money. I showed up and did my best and never took my work home with me. An added benefit was that it kept me in good shape physically. Apply these actions steps to begin experiencing the feeling of success that you want and attract the success you deserve.
1. Determine what Success means to you. Once you determine what success means and the feelings that it holds for you; you can build your action plan.
2. Begin to visualize yourself experiencing success in your own personal dream of success. Set aside 15 minutes each day to see, and feel yourself experiencing success on a daily basis. (ie:Imagine yourself in a loving partnership, with loving supportive friendships, and in work that feeds your body, mind and spirit.)
3. The feelings of success are the most important part. Once you begin experiencing the feelings of success on a daily basis. Your feelings and visualizations will draw the success to you using the law of attraction.
