1. Do you keep fighting over the same issues and shut down and stuff your feelings? This habit will result in an explosion of hurtful words and pushing each other away.
2. EFT or Emotional Freedom empower you with the tools to heal your past hurt and trauma and stop your recurring fighting patterns. First realize, that each of you are reacting from past hurt and trauma, and never from what is or has happened in the present moment. Until you heal the old stuck hurt and trauma, it will continue to be brought to the surface to be healed and released.
3. Agree on a word that can be used by both partners as a signal to stop the fight. Make an agreement to honor each other and your love by stopping the argument when the word is said by either partner. This word must have meaning for both of you. Words used by previous couples include: love, partnership, agreement, commitment, healing, what is important, the past, freedom, I choose love. You can also decide on a symbol of love and unity ie: a Dove, heart, a pink bubble of light. When you feel yourself stuck in reaction say the word and hold the symbol in your mind and breath.
4. If you become so triggered that you can't keep yourself from reacting; you are hitting a core survival issue. When this occurs you might need help to get unstuck. Find someone who has experience working with couples and EFT and give them a call to either work in person, or over the phone.

Angels around you!
Angels are always there waiting to be invited to assist you and guide you to your highest path. However, because of free will, Angels will never interfere unless we invite them.
Are you feeling anxious and fearful of the earth changes and current changes in our economy and environment? Anxiety never protects you but robs you of inner peace and joy. Here are some tips to release fear and anxiety and connect with inner peace and joy.
1. Light a candle and ask your angels to give you the strength to let go of your fear and worry habit. As a child you learned to fear as a way of feeling ready for what happens next. Each time you think fear thoughts and worry about the future your body is flooded with stress hormones. This eventually begins to overstress your organs, glands, and cells.
2. Your body becomes addicted to the chemicals associated with the stress hormones. Spend fifteen minutes seeing and feeling yourself shift from fear to feelings of trust and being safe to be in the moment.
3. Each time you find yourself fearing or worrying about your future--shift from fear to your vision of what you want. Feel the presence of your Angels around you supporting you. See yourself happy, feeling safe, smiling, surrounded by loving supportive friends and family.
Journal about your level of fear and anxiety. How much fear and anxiety do you feel on a daily basis. Perhaps, it has been there so long it feels natural and you would feel too vulnerable without it? On a scale of 0-10 how much fear do you feel? Are you ready to let it go?

Shift Gears in Your Mind and Create Inner Peace
Inner Peace and Success are possible. 4 Tips to Shift Your Mind and create inner peace now. Sedona is a place of magical beauty and intense healing energy. Follow these tips to create more peace without leaving home. Many people are feeling more and more overwhelm and less peace within on a daily basis. Rising living costs with higher gas prices and the threat of higher food prices create more and more fear; and for many make it harder to sleep at night. Follow these tips to release your fears and choose inner peace.
1. First of all you must take the monster out of the closet. What are you most afraid to admit to yourself? Is the fear that you feel equal to the looming threat in your mind?
2. Often the threat and the fear associated with the underlying fear are only imagined. However, scientific research shared in What the Bleep Do We Know,shows that the mind doesn't know the difference in a "real" threat, or an imagined threat. Most imagined threats are exaggerated by fear stored in the subconscious mind.
3. The only way to make sure that you are not losing sleep over imagined fears is to consciously explore what you are reacting to. One good way to face your fear head on is to journal just before bed and complete all your feelings from the day.
4. Listening to music such as the Reiki Music above is a great way to relax and release fear and worry.

Spring Cleaning Tips to Clear Body, Mind and Spirit
Retreat and spring clean your body, mind, and renew your spirit. It has been warm in Sedona for the last few days and I have opened the windows and began my spring cleaning? A clean house feels fresh and has a feeling of vibrant energy. Are you ready to clear away the stuck energy in your life? Here are some tips to retreat and renew yourself without leaving home.
1. Purchase a beautiful new vibrant colored journal. Write down what you love about your life and what you are most unhappy with. Spend time thinking about the things that you want to expand and see the unhappy emotions and habits being replaced by more of what you love. Notice how refreshing it feels to expand what you love.
2. Purchase a small green candle. Light your candle as you write in your journal. Set your intention to connect with your angels or guides (whichever fits your beliefs).
3. Shower each morning. As you allow the shower to cleanse your body. Set your intentions to release your stress from your body, mind, and spirit. As you shower imagine being in a pine forest and how fresh the air smells.
4. After your shower spend time practicing breathing and release your thoughts. As a thought floats in release it to your Angels. Ask your Angels to assist you to quiet your mind and reach a deep meditative and peaceful place inside. Once you are in that very peaceful place visualize yourself happy and peaceful throughout your day.

Retreat to Connect to Joy
Retreats are a necessity in our world today. Create a refuge in your mind and experience joy in a moment's notice. With the stress of the economy causing more and more anxiety, tension, and stress; stress management is a valuable tool. Here are some quick tools to keep you centered no matter what is going on around you. Hope this video and post brings you joy!
1. Decide on a word that symbolizes joy. For me it is the hummingbird. It can be "I choose to feel safe and experience joy." If you have no memories of joy then you need to create those feelings and anchor them into your body.
2. Next think of the most beautiful and peaceful place that you can remember. As you hold a picture of this place. Remember all the details. See all the colors, see and visualize everything clearly in your mind. The more clearly you can imagine your peaceful place, in your mind, the more powerfully you can anchor in the feeling of joy.
3. The next step is to feel the joy that your place brings to your body, mind and spirit. Add the feeling of gratitude for having this beautiful and peaceful place. As you hold the feeling of joy, say your anchor phrase, and see your peaceful place. Take five long deep breaths. Feel all the cells, and atoms of your body bathed in love, light, and joy.
