Stuck in Drama and Chaos? Retreat In Nature To Rewrite Your Story

Is your inner guidance system always pointing you upstream toward challenges? Were you conditioned to believe that life is a challenge? If your environment was filled with chaos and struggle as a child chances are that this is what has become your normal.

Our retreat guests often arrive at the end of their emotional rope. They often feel hopeless to change their life drama. Here are some tips to change your old story and write a new one full of happiness and love.

1. Take a yoga class that helps you navigate your inner world. Yoga helps you to stretch your old limits and begin to feel comfortable being outside your self imposed box. Just because your have become accustomed to trauma and drama doesn't mean you need to stay there. Break free and stretch into happiness, joy and success.

2. Take time to learn to clear your mind. A cluttered mind is a chaotic mind. Even though it may feel normal it is difficult to make clear decisions based on what you want and deserve in a cluttered mind. Until you break free from old habits you will continue to recreate the same habits and patterns of trauma/drama over and over. You deserve to be free so take time to develop a clear and calm mind. Take the reigns back from old habits created in your childhood.

3. Retreat in Nature and reconnect to inner peace. Often life seems so busy that it feels normal to go on auto-pilot. Auto-Pilot recreates the same patterns and dramas over and over. In our retreats this is the number one cause of unhappiness and depression. Most of our guests soon feel overwhelmed, confused and hopeless to change their drama. Stop and and take a break in nature. Nature is healing and offers time to listen inside for inner guidance.

Our retreats empower you with tools to change your emotional set points from drama and pain to inner peace and feeling empowered. Through EFT, Reiki, Inner Child healing, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and healing massage we gently empower you to row your boat down stream and create habits that support a happy successful life. Retreat with us and create the habit of happiness.

Romance or TV? Retreat and Heal reveals Loves Secret

Do you find romance dwindling, with sex taking a back seat to the TV? Today's hectic pace of life and auto-pilot living take over, and leave romance and love in the dust. Take control of your love life by planning a romantic evening to heat up your bedroom.

o If you idea of celebrating love is sitting on the couch with your couch potato. Turn the TV off and set the mood for romance. Your partner may have lost their libido to the remote control. Follow these rituals to create a magical romantic evening.

o Pick up her favorite flowers and a mood candle. Make sure that you show up first before her. Put the flowers on the nightstand and light the mood candle.

o Put clean red sheets on the bed. Leave a love note on her pillow with rose petals under the sheet.

o Run a hot bath in the tub five minutes before she arrives. Add three drops each of lavender, ylang ylang, rose geranium, clary sage and marjoram to a teaspoon of honey and add this to her bath just before she enters. Put on her favorite music and quickly get in the shower.

o When she arrives take her directly to the bathroom and help her undress. Have her slip into the bath. Roll a towel and slip it under her head.

o Once she is ready to leave her heavenly bath. Have a nice bathrobe for her to slip into. Lay her on the bed in her bathrobe on top of the rose petals. Take a relaxing lotion like lavender and massage her feet.

She is now relaxed and in the mood. The rest is up to you. Take your time to focus on what you love about each other and make the most of the moment. Retreat and Return to Love

Retreat from your fighting patterns and return to love. If you find yourself fighting more than making love; retreat from your old habits and advance toward love. Many couples start out deeply in love only to find their love buried in life and patterns that push love away.

When couples disagree, shut down and give each other the silent treatment, research has proven it creates health problems. Research studies also show that married women who keep silent during marital disputes have a greater chance of dying from heart disease and other conditions than women who speak their minds. The research, from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s, showed that how couples fight affects not only their relationship but their health.

Further research studies in the journal Archives of General Psychiatry found that after marital spats, blisters generally healed more slowly, a sign that stress interfered with immune system functioning. In hostile couples — those who hurled insults or rolled their eyes when arguing — healing was 60 percent slower than in couples who didn't display antagonistic behaviors.

Love's Secret offers couples easy to apply tools to release emotions and stay connected to love. Couples who learn to express their emotions have a greater chance of long term success in their relationships. Use this tip to stay focused on love when you are discussing an issue that brings discord. Find a word that has meaning to both you and your mate. This word can be anything that will bring you both back to your love. It can be as simple as "LOVE" or "I choose love" or whatever will work for the two of you. When one person repeats the word agree to each take a deep breath and for a moment back away. When you take a breather focus on what is important to you. And most importantly remind yourself that you are committed to stay connected and release the emotions causing you to want to shut down.

Many times arguments are over little things and couples allow little things that don't matter to push love out of their life. Comment on my post and give me your ideas and secrets that help you stay connected to love.

Take a look at a testimonial from a couple who learned to return to love. When you are ready to stop pushing love away and say yes to love; retreat to Sedona.

Reward Yourself with Scheduled Breaks to Release Your Stress

Stress and tension become a normal feeling in your body. Imagine if Medical doctors prescribed a day every month to go on retreat, a long weekend every three months, and a longer sabbatical on a regular basis. These breaks would clear stress and recharge batteries, and diminish the intensity of our societies' high stress levels. Everyone has stress the key is learning effective tools to manage stress. Below find secrets to manage stress and recharge your body/mind/and spirit.

Say no to stress and overwhelm. When you are tired learn to walk away and take a break. This can be as little as 15 minutes, or as much a full week. When you are stressed you are not able to be productive. Take a break, when you return to the project refreshed you bring renewed energy, a refreshed mind, and more successful results.

Develop the habit of deep breathing. Shallow breathing is a habit learned as a child. Shallow breathing is responsible for many diseases and stress related illness. Post signs in your office, in your car, at home, and remind your self to breath deeply.

Develop the habit of a quiet peaceful mind. A peaceful mind has more ability to focus and release stress. Meditation is a good tool to create a more peaceful mind and up-lifting endorphins.

Smile and create the habit of happiness. Happiness is a choice. Most were not conditioned to be happy. It takes commitment, dedication, determination and an ability to embrace change in order to create a happy life.

Create a Plan and follow it. Create a plan for what you want in your life. Do one thing every day that supports your plan. Acknowledge your achievements’ and your accomplishments toward your plan.

Schedule Rewards with short breaks. Your breaks and time away need not be elaborate. They can be as small as scheduling in a long soak in your bath tub or a long weekend at a retreat center that you love. Schedule in short breaks and rewards often for your small and large accomplishments. Our Sedona retreats empower you to create a healthy, happy, and successful life .
Remember Retreat and Heal and Sedona when you are ready to schedule your break. We welcome you for a day, three days or a full week long retreat.

Need Inner Peace~Retreat In the Moment

Retreat is a necessity in our world today. Weather disasters, economic concerns, and the stress of everyday life. You can retreat no matter where you are or what is happening and reclaim inner peace.

Create a refuge in your mind and experience inner peace in a moment's notice. With the stress of the economy causing more and more anxiety, tension, and stress; stress management is a valuable tool. Here are some quick tools to keep you centered no matter what is going on around you.

1. Decide on a symbol or picture that creates inner peace for you. When I want to feel peace, I visualize a place in nature that I love. When I visualize this place I also hold the feeling of peace. Each time I visit my "peaceful place" and hold the feeling of peace, I deepen my ability to feel "inner peace".

2. Each time you notice yourself feeling stress or fearing or worrying. Hit the delete button and visit your peaceful place. With each visit in the moment you will experience more and deeper "inner peace".

3. Fear and worry deplete your energy and create stress hormones that create disease. With consistent practice you can change your "stress habits" to a "peace habit". Once you can see your peaceful place, and feel "inner peace" add the feeling of gratitude for having this beautiful and peaceful place. As you hold the feeling of peace, say an anchor phrase (I choose to feel peace now), see your peaceful place, and hold the feeling of gratitude. Take five long deep breaths. Feel all the cells, and atoms of your body bathed in love and light.

Leave me a message and let me know how this works for you. Also leave me a message with your most challenging stress and I will leave you tools to release your stress.

Retreat and Heal offers Personal Healing Retreats for healing body, mind and spirit. Below Kim and Preston share their experience from her retreat. You can see that they reconnected with inner peace and gained an ability to calm their mind and emotions. We would love to share the healing energy of Sedona with you. Retreat to Connect to Joy

Retreats are a necessity in our world today. Create a refuge in your mind and experience joy in a moment's notice. With the stress of the economy causing more and more anxiety, tension, and stress; stress management is a valuable tool. Here are some quick tools to keep you centered no matter what is going on around you. Hope this video and post brings you joy!

1. Decide on a word that symbolizes joy. For me it is the hummingbird. It can be "I choose to feel safe and experience joy." If you have no memories of joy then you need to create those feelings and anchor them into your body.

2. Next think of the most beautiful and peaceful place that you can remember. As you hold a picture of this place. Remember all the details. See all the colors, see and visualize everything clearly in your mind. The more clearly you can imagine your peaceful place, in your mind, the more powerfully you can anchor in the feeling of joy.

3. The next step is to feel the joy that your place brings to your body, mind and spirit. Add the feeling of gratitude for having this beautiful and peaceful place. As you hold the feeling of joy, say your anchor phrase, and see your peaceful place. Take five long deep breaths. Feel all the cells, and atoms of your body bathed in love, light, and joy.

Leave me a message and let me know how this works for you. Also leave me a message with your most challenging stress and I will leave you tools to release your stress.

Retreat and Heal offers Personal Healing Retreats for healing body, mind and spirit. The above video shares joy of giving and caring for something so beautiful and innocent as a hummingbird. Giving joy reconnects you with inner peace, and joy. Our retreats empower you to calm your mind and emotions. We would love to share the healing energy of Sedona with you. Sedona is a beautiful place to retreat and heal.

Retreat to Reconnect to Inner Happiness

Retreat is a great way to clear sadness and trauma and reconnect to inner happiness. Did you know that after twenty-plus years of research on antidepressants, from the old tricyclics to the newer selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) show that their benefit is hardly more than what patients get when they take a placebo. More and more scientists who study depression and the drugs that treat it are concluding that antidepressants are basically expensive Tic Tacs.

Yet,the number of Americans taking antidepressants doubled in a decade, from 13.3 million in 1996 to 27 million in 2005. Many of our retreat guests are experiencing depression and many have been told they have an uncurable disease and that they need medication. There are many ways to combat depression and release it rather than using medication to suppress and numb emotions.

Here are tips to feel your emotions and find your way back to happiness and inner peace.

1. Clear your emotional plate daily. Don't stew on things that happen yesterday, last week or a year ago. It can become a habit to hold on to things and keep the kettle simmering. Create the habit of clearing whatever you are feeling. Most often the person who is depressed is holding on to anger and frustration toward themselves and others.

2. Journal to find out the emotions that you are holding. Emotions left over from child hood keep being recreated in your present day experiences. EFT and Reiki are great tools to clear toxic emotions and empower you to feel happiness and joy in the moment.

3. Exercise daily. Walk, dance, yoga are all great exercise that help to create happy endorphins. Choose an exercise that you can be consistent with. Occasionally go out side and get more sunshine. Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin and is being show to help a wide range of symptoms including depression, osteoporosis, increasing the immune system, and to even cure and prevent cancer.

Depression -- or described another way, “unrepaired emotional short-circuiting” -- can cause far more profound negative health consequences than all the denatured food and toxins you expose yourself to daily. Every year, 230 million prescriptions for antidepressants are filled, making them one of the most prescribed drugs in the United States. The psychiatric industry itself is a $330 billion industry -- not bad for an enterprise that offers little in the way of cures.

Retreat is a great time to gain new emotional perspective; and empower yourself with tools to clear your emotional baggage from the past. You are then clear to welcome a bright new future of happiness and joy into your life. Retreat and Heal offers year round personal healing retreats that include EFT, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Yoga, Massage, and Meditation. Gift yourself time away from your hectic pace and Retreat and Heal.

Our spiritual retreats empowers you with tools to find your purpose and develop habits to master your life. We now empower you with our 21-day Life Mastery E-course, when you return home to integrate our tools into your life. Spend time in a special place in nature (could be your back yard, or create a space in your mind), and reconnect to your divine essence. Here are tips you can do today to create more inner peace.

1. Imagine the life you want.

In your mind's eye see yourself, living the life you desire, and deserve free from physical and emotional pain. See yourself healthy, full of energy, waking up each morning spending time in silence, and connecting to the divine essence inside. Free from self sabotaging habits that restrict the flow of energy and vital essence within.

2. Take time away even if only for 30 minutes.

Taking time away from your life can give you the needed break to stop the chaos accepted as "normal". Often, you never know how stressed you are until you take a break from your routine.

3. Spend time in nature.

Spending time in nature brings clarity and allows you to release your stress. Just like the stress that has become internalized and accepted.
