A strong belief I have is that our Angels are always there waiting to be invited to assist us and guide us to our highest path. However, because of free will, Angels will never interfere unless we ivite them.

This week I will be blogging about gratitude and Thanksgiving. This is a wonderful time of year to reflect on the year that is almost complete. By spending quiet time reflecting you are able to harvest the best, and complete with the rest. One of the patterns that I find prevelant with our retreat guests, is that most have in place a certain amount of fear and anxiety. This fear and anxiety was put there by a child who didn't feel safe. However, the child who put the fear and anxiety in the subconscious mind as a survival skill is now an adult.
