Hot Secrets to Say Yes to Love

Like a lot of couples you probably started your relationship with lots of passion and heated sex, but now find the romance dwindling, with sex taking a back seat to the TV. Today's hectic pace of life and auto-pilot living can take over, leaving romance and love in the dust. Take control of your love life by planning a romantic evening to bring love and passion back to your bedroom.

• If you idea of celebrating love is sitting on the couch with your couch potato. Turn the TV off and set the mood for romance. She may have lost her libido to the remote control. Follow these rituals to create a magical romantic evening.

• Pick up her favorite flowers and a mood candle. Make sure that you show up first before her. Put the flowers on the nightstand and light the mood candle.

• Put clean red sheets on the bed. Leave a love note on her pillow with rose petals under the sheet.

• Run a hot bath in the tub five minutes before she arrives. Add three drops each of lavender, ylang ylang, rose geranium, clary sage and marjoram to a teaspoon of honey and add this to her bath just before she enters. Put on her favorite music and quickly get in the shower.

• When she arrives take her directly to the bathroom and help her undress. Have her slip into the bath. Roll a towel and slip it under her head.

• Once she is ready to leave her heavenly bath. Have a nice bathrobe for her to slip into. Lay her on the bed in her bathrobe on top of the rose petals. Take a relaxing lotion like lavender and massage her feet.

She is now relaxed and in the mood. The rest is up to you. Take your time to focus on what you love about each other and make the most of the moment. It is up to you to create love or push love away with an over busy schedule and then collapsing in front of the tv.

Seize the moment and create the love you want. Click here for information on couples retreats to help you recapture love and romance. Leave me a message and let me know what is your favorite love ritual.

Recession pushing your stress buttons--Secrets to Relax and Achieve Your Dreams

Does the recession have you feeling stretched? Money problems are responsible for 80% of all divorces. Here are some secrets to stay centered, keep your heart open and get your budget and check book of the red.

Are you aware of the habits that sabotage your success? Do these habits make you feel stressed? Everyone has stress and sabotage habits and how well you manage stress means the difference between success and failure in your life, and relationship. Follow these easy secrets to find your success buttons, take control of your actions, and empower yourself to a successful life.

Take a five minute break. Throughout your day stop and evaluate how you are feeling. Notice if you are feeling on edge. Take a five minute break and walk away from your desk. Take a brisk walk around the office and or walk a flight of stairs. See yourself relaxed throughout the rest of you day and in control of your words and actions. By staying calm you are able to choose your words and actions.

Perform a kind deed. Do something kind for someone that is not your normal confidant. If there is someone in the office that looks like they could use a smile-do something crazy. Laugh at yourself and help them to lighten up and smile. The act of giving without expectation of reward opens your heart and makes you feel good. Laughter is the best medicine available, and releases uplifting endorphins.

Develop a sense of humor and learn to laugh. Most people who are highly stressed or depressed are perfectionist and find it hard to laugh at their actions, others, and life, itself. They become critical of themselves, everything, and everyone around them. Learn to lighten up and give up your critical "inner judge". Being hard on yourself is a habit that makes you hard to live with, and a hard person to work with. As you learn to lighten up you become a stronger team player and a joy to have as a partner. This new mind set can attract success as you hold the most positive vision for your life.

Tell me how you manage your stress with this slow economy.

March Madness Got You Feeling Overwhelmed?

When you are feeling overwhelmed take a break and start doing one thing at a time. Whether at home or at work concentrate on one job at a time and complete each one. Learn to walk away from your desk and take a five minute break.

Time away whether for a five minute break or a full week will give you a new perspective. Sedona, Arizona was voted most beautiful place to visit in USA News, and for good reason. I have lived in Sedona for five years and the beauty continues to keep me breathless.

When is the last time you stopped to see a sunset? Yesterday when we drove home from work I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets in the Red Rocks I have ever witnessed. Each day is a miracle as long as we hold that perspective. Do you feel the winds of March and March madness has you in it grips? Take a break and watch a beautiful sunset. Take a few deep breaths and hold gratitude in your heart for each blessing. You will find your heart feeling lighter.

What is the most beautiful sunset you have observed lately?

St Patrick's Day Luck or Miracle

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Here is a field of green four leaf clovers for your week!
Are you walking in a field of four leaf clover? It is all in our perspective. If we feel as though we walk in a field of clover we attract luck and miracles into our life. On the other hand if we feel that our world is void of luck we attract disaster.
When is the last time you had a miracle happen in your life? We had a miracle recently when we drove to California. We thought our wheels were out of alignment. We had a terrible vibration in the tires. When we took it in to Big O Tires we found that the tread on the tires were seperating. We drove through the Desert and the Bad Lands enjoying the beautiful wild flowers and were protected with a safe journey. We were especially grateful for that safe journey.
Share you special luck or miracle.

Linked In, Facebook, YouTube and Sealed with a Kiss

You are probably wondering what Linked In, Facebook, and YouTube has to do with a Kiss? Well here is the deal I have a profile on each of these sites. I can't send you a kiss if you connect to me there but I will send a special valentine gift to all those who connect to me on any of these sites.

Have you ever thought about what a Kiss means to you? Valentine's Day is just around the corner and here is an article on smootching and how the gender's percieve the kiss differently. Take a look at the article and research over at Washington Post. The author, Rob Stein explians the different perceptions of a kiss and how each gender has their own agenda for the kiss. Women use the kiss to determine if the partner is a potential good fit while the male kisses to move the relationship a step closer to the bedroom. Not too surprising--huh?

Do you have a favorite kiss story you are willing to share? My favorite kiss story is the story of my current husband and our first kiss. I still remember how much love I felt and I am sure I was using my perceptions to determine if I could trust his love and if we would be a good fit. If you want to overhaul your relationship with your mate or just create a deeper relationship with spirit check out our retreats.

Who wrote this script--Choosing Love

In yesterday's blog entry, you read about a couple who were separated for sixty years. They had given up all hope of reuniting again. Through deep determination, they learned to release their deep hurt and pain and move on with their life. There are many great lessons to learn from their amazing love story.

First, if you close your heart you will deny yourself love. In order to give and receive love you must keep your heart open.

Second, a person who's heart is closed pushes opportunities for success in money and life away. In order to succeed in life and love you must learn to trust life, and love, and keep your heart open. Research suggests that our heart is our emotional brain read on.

Resent research suggests that the heart is our emotional brain. Molecular biologists have discovered that the heart is the body's most important endocrine gland. In response to our experience of the world, it produces and releases a major hormone, ANF -- which stands for Atriol Neuriatic Factor -- that profoundly effects every operation in the limbic structure, or what we refer to as the "emotional brain."

This includes the hippocampal area where memory and learning take place, and also the control centers for the entire hormonal system. And neurocardiologist have found that 60 to 65% of the cells of the heart are actually neural cells, not muscle cells as was previously believed. They are identical to the neural cells in the brain, operating through the same connecting links called ganglia, with the same axonal anddendritic connections that take place in the brain, as well as through the very same kinds of neurotransmitters found in the brain.

Quite literally, in other words, there is a "brain" in the heart, whose ganglia are linked to every major organ in the body, to the entire muscle spindle system that uniquely enables humans to express their emotions. About half of the heart's neural cells are involved in translating information sent to it from all over the body so that it can keep the body working as one harmonious whole.

And the other half make up a very large, unmediated neural connection with the emotional brain in our head and carry on a twenty-four-hour-a-day dialogue between the heart and the brain that we are not even aware of.

The heart and our emotions are important not only to our physical health but we also need an open heart to find true love and success. EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique and Love's Secret offers tools to open your heart to love. Were you aware that your emotional brain is in your heart??

Fighting Fair To Keep Passion and Love Alive

Learning to clear your disagreements without using out old tactics that destroy love; shows signs of emotional maturity. It is an art to air your dirty laundry and reach a compromise without closing your heart.

When you begin a serious discussion on an issue that has an emotional charge; make an agreement to find a mutual compromise. Begin the discussion by taking five minutes at the beginning to sit and look into the eyes of your partner. Focus on your commitment to your mate and what you love about them, and remember your goal to find a mutual compromise. Your commitment will keep you on track and avoid falling into old habits of arguing to prove your point. When you begin a discussion with an agreement to find a compromise, there is a higher purpose to guide you through.

Writers Still on Strike? Here'sYour Script for Passion, Success and Love!

Looking to write a new script for your love relationship? Want to heat up your bedroom and create more love, passion, and romance? Here's your new script for passion, love, and romance.

Create a vision for what you want in your love relationship. A love relationship can be riddled with land mines waiting for the wrong reaction to set off an explosion of emotions. Text message a love note to your partner and plan a hot date. Build excitement with the one you love. It doesn't matter whether you just met them or if they have been a partner for years. You must invest time, love, attention and keep dating in order to create excitement; otherwise passion dies.

Dr Phil cancels out on Britney

Love hurts when you are addicted to pain and drama. What causes an addiction to pain and drama? Growing up in an environment where it was devoid of love or gave a feeling of being safe. Many never felt love unless they created a "drama" to gain attention and what they thought was love. Now living their life from patterns and conditioning they create a virtual "hell" on earth. Dr. Phil declared that Britney needs intervention to save her from her self destructive behavior.

Retreat and Heal offers couples retreats and gives couples a break from their environment and life habits. Day to day living from old habits can become a combat zone if you stuff your emotions and lack the ability to release emotions in a healthy way. Emotional Freedom Technique is a new way of moving emotions through your body to release the charge before you explode in an unhealthy way.

4 Steps to emotional freedom.

1. Become aware of the emotions that you experience on a daily basis.

2. Notice the emotions that you are most comfortable with and the ones that you are uncomfortable with.

3. Learn to feel your emotions and resolve to let them go. The same part of the brain that becomes addicted to heroin and other addictive drugs is the part that becomes addicted to anger, anxiety, frustration and fear. Many of never learned to feel emotions or mature ways of expressing them.

4. If emotions are habitually held in it will eventually lead to an unhealthy physical reaction. This can be as simple as a headache or as devastating as chronic fatigue or Epstein barre. Please take a look at this video http://www.emofree.com/splash/video_popup.asp. EFT is a magical self help therapy you can comfortably learn to apply to release emotions that have devastating consequences when you hold it in.

Mommy Doodle a great blog at blogger

Mommy Doodle is a great site to pick up ideas on graphics and loved the holiday craft shared. I also am a mom and love doodling with my grandsons age 1 and 2.

Here is a great doodle idea for grandmoms. We just purchased a small card table and chairs for tots and I can sit in it with my grandsons and we love doodling with crayons together and creating a picture. We then post it to our refrigerator. Our grandson always notices that we have that posted from his former visit.

Happy new year gandmoms, moms, and doodlers. Remember to take time to play and enjoy your children, and grandchildren they grow up much too soon!

Does Britney have love linked to Pain and Drama

Everyone wants to feel loved, and yet 50% of all marriages end in divorce, similar to Britneys. Love's Secret Live Your Life In Love, offers couples an action plan to leave pain and drama behind and create love.
When a child is conditioned to experience love only when it feels pain or trauma love becomes wired neurologically to pain. Once this conditioning is set, they continue to recreate pain and drama in an attempt to feel love. This is a conflicting belief system and could be the underlying cause of 50% of all marriages that fail.
Love's Secret offers couples proven tools to cut love's connection to pain and drama. The Secret and The Law of attraction offer couples the awareness that what they think, is what they attract. Yet most couples feel stuck in pain and lack the skills to bring about the change they desire. http://www.retreatandheal.com Visit our website, or amazon.com and order your copy of Love's Secret. When you order your copy before Oct 31 you will receive a free 15 minute consultation.

Passion test can love last beyond initial passion--Love's Secret has the answer

Passion pulls couples together and then pain can push love relationships apart. Passion and Pain seem to be the universal love dance. Many in hollywood are drawn together by passion and then soon pushed apart by the pain of past hurts and trauma.
Pregnant Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman, announces her baby registry. After losing custody, of her children Britney Spears reunites with her mother. James Van Der Beek, slow dances with wife Heather McComb to "The Joker" at West Hollywood hot spot Winston's. Also there Julia Roberts and husband Danny Moder, dressed down in jeans, dancing and holding each other close. Brad Pitt and Angelina are ready for their fifth child and direct their passion toward creating affordable housing, eco issues, and other world issues.
The love relationship is not always easy to survive and keep the embers of passion alive and blazing. Love's Secret tip for today is to find an anchor tool to bring you back to love. As a couple if you are commited to the relationship then agree to find a word to keep you focused on love. When life brings up old habits and issues that push your buttons agree to bring your focus back to love. When you consistently bring your focus back to what is most important in your life you can establish new love habits. As you reclaim your power, you can choose to leave pain and drama in the past.
